If Butternose was a pastry it'd be a vanilla slice. That's the Australian term - you may know it as a napoleon, a custard slice, or maybe a mille-feuille. And it's a quality one with great pastry and sweet but tangy innards and outards that'll give you a few minutes of pleasure.

It's the first Marveline baked good since December 2022 as we inch slowly towards album #2.
